The two sisters have clear distinctions between the two model units. “The Coralia is Asian-modern with Balinese touches,” says Cynthia. The graceful hand metal designs and intricate floral woodcarvings are a testament to the Balinese design. The dining room itself was inspired by nature, as large wooden leaves grace the glass bowls – elevating dining to a nourishing activity for one's spirit.

The drama extends to the bedrooms as well. The girl's room comes in an exciting fuchsia and apple green color scheme, while the red motif of the master's bedroom will surely ignite passion every day of the couple's life.

In contrast, the Lovina is “Asian-modern in a more contemporary setting,” according to Cynthia. Her sister Ivy adds, “The accessories—the artworks and ceramic ware—are more modern. It's a more contemporary line in general.”

The white ceramic wares welcome visitors upon entry at the main door. These stand in stark contrast to the dark wood finish of the living room storage space that also double as a library. The dining room features wood and leather for the chairs, making for a contemporary look. The walls are graced mostly by modern Japanese paintings of kimonos and natural elements such as conifers.

Nature is imbued as well in the girl's room. An elaborate mural of bamboo stalks is prominently featured, and it seems that the butterflies and birds are gliding through the fresh breezes coming from Tagaytay.

The designers decided to tone down the drama in the master's bedroom, but it is still dramatic enough, nevertheless. The rust and beige theme of the platform bed goes well with the raffia finish of the wallpaper. One part of the master's bedroom that will likely offer a lighthearted atmosphere is the bathroom. This luxurious area hosts a bathtub, spacious walk-in closets, and his and hers lavatories that will inevitably make morning rituals enjoyably fast for the couple.
