Interior Partitions : Cement board smooth painted finish
Toilet : 300x300mm ceramic wall tiles w/ combination painted finish Plain Cement plaster
smooth finish. The height of the tiles is 1.60m. no moulding.
Ceiling
Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bedroom: 12mm thk. Gypsum board painted finish Ceiling – flat wall enamel / acrytex.
Toilet : Painted Cement Finish Ceiling to areas of toilet and those that expose pipes.
Windows
6mm thick green glass on aluminum powder coated sliding swing/fixed aluminum casement window
Doors
Bedroom : Hollow core flush door
Toilet, Utilities : PVC door as per standard application by manufacturer.
Maid's Room : PVC door as per standard application by manufacturer. Accordion Door as per standard application by Manufacturer.
Cabinets : Plywood “wolmanized” ¾”thk. Laminated finish.
Water Closet
Master's Bedroom : 1 pc. High tank water closet.
Common Toilets : close colored elongated water closet
Maid's : close coupled round- front water closet with hand wash.
